so I am looking thru the auction sheets and repo lists. we are selling out of used boats... Guess what ... I glance on a 2005 Kryptonite. after the builld on the 105MPH 2001 Kryptonite it peaks my attention.  So after some pictures and back and forth with the bank (it was a repo) My mechanic and i left on a Sunday after work 6pm and got to Orange Beach, Al @ 1pm Monday. this was a few months ago... The boat looked better in person. It had some mechanical issues but what a paint job... i attached a picture.
So after some fine tuning the race preped 509 big block ran 87 mph... Pretty respectable for a 509 (502 punched .030 over). i had to raise the prop shaft  the boat ran loose. So back to doing our transom reglassing magic. We raised the drive as far as we could without moving the swim platform. now the propshaft is just 1" below the bottom of the boat. And it runs 90 buit more importantly it handles much better.
I have big plans for the motor this winter. I am going to do what i love get back to my roots and rebuild the motor, give it a supercharger, 572cI, and Fuel injection. My goal is 110-115MPH I feel 1000+hp will get me there. I will keep you updated this winter..

Lots of custom parts. Things came in slower than expected. I am installing the new fuel system in the boat now, 3/4" pickup... the stock one was 3/8" that's a huge change. This pump will feed the monster well.
I expect to have the motor on the dyno in a week or two at the most I hope.
